Here's an update for you from the King. All behind the Shady creek marina is covered with Wipers. The ledge between the boat docks has held the best fishing I've seen yet. Crappies are still hugging the rock shorline and can be easily snatched up with suspended minnows. When the Crappies suddenly stop, be sure to adjust your drag for the next bite cause Walleyes are in the same waters. I've caught walleyes from the launch all the way north to the tracks. White bass are still biting on the flats over on the west side north of the damn. The Channel cat bite hasn't been as good as last year and starting today the boaters will turn to the worst and fishing will be almost unbearable from a boat.
