I have recently received training in the art of cleaning and servicing fishing reels. I don't have a website yet but have set up shop. I am also doing the super tuning process of ultra fine sanding and polishing of the contact points in a bait caster. This adds casting distance and overall performance to your reel. It is especially beneficial to older reels. I can do bearing replacement and upgrades from the standard abec 3 to the high performance abec 5 bearings. I use high quality oil and grease designed for reels. If you prefer to use one of the premium oils ,such as Rocket Fuel or Reel Butter there will be an extra charge of $1.00 per reel. My rates for bait casters are $15.00 per reel. This includes a super tune of any parts that can be done in your reel. My rates for spinning reels are $18.00 per reel. Spinning reels have very few moving parts during the cast. There isn't a super tuning process for spinning reels. I do however sand and polish the lip of the spool which can increase casting distance and reduce line wear from nicks. I can also clean and service spin cast reels. The rate for spin cast reels is $10.00 each.
