Hey guys, I came up with a drop-shot knot, it may be difficult to understand without illustrations but try it and let me know what you think:
1} With point of hook facing the line, thread line through and bring hook up as far as you want it to be from the weight.
2} Holding hook in position, make a small loop with the line above the hook.
3} Wrap the loop around the line below the hook 3 times. Keep finger in loop.
4} Bring end of line back through the hook the same way you did the first time, then through the loop.
5} Pull the end of the line tight first, then pull line above hook tight.

You should have a knot that wraps both sides of the hook instead of one wrap in the front.
    What do you think?
