I have been unable to get out to fish much this year.  Because of My health, I can't use My boat much.  But I do love to fish.  So I decided that I would try fishing from shore.  Because of that, I met a new fishing buddy.  I never would have met Him, if I could use My boat. I do not yet know His intire name.  But his first name is Steve.  And He fishes whenever He can.  He has a wife, and two children. Steve is just starting His life, while mine is winding down. The day I met Steve, He was fishing at a place called Rivers End.  He had been fishing there most of the day, with no luck.  And was getting ready to quit.  I talked Steve into staying until sunset.  I told Him that if He waited just one more hour, he would catch a fish.  Just as the Sun was setting, Steve caught a nice blue cat. It was not a big fish.  But it was His personal best so far.  I now have a new friend.  And with His help, I may be able to use My boat once more.  And with My help, Steve will catch more, and bigger fish.  Right now, I am glad I could not use My boat that day.  There is no loss, without some gain.  I have gained a lot more than I lost this year.  It has been a good year!
