Went shore fishing on piney run today. Seems the bass have moved into shore under the trees and are exploding on cranks and plastics. I got a 2 pound large mouth on a berkley bungie minnow I had carolina rigged and tossed under a tree hanging over the water. A beautifull fish with real bright greens. Reminded me that I need to start taking a camera fishing with me. A few minutes later a couple guys drifted by on a boat and pulled two more Large mouths from under that tree on some yellow perch cranks. Definatly would have been a good day to have a boat.
