when fishing the flats and northeast river no eels can be used from march 1 thru may 3, i got that from the maryland reg book when i bought my bay sticker for the boat life member since march 2002 on the water in PA

i've heard of big cats down there, but the stripers are startin to make it up in the upper bay(in the flats), if ya go up the susky i thought i heard small mouth were being caught and white and yellow perch, and i'm sure catty's are all around down there, i'd try below conowingo damn looks like the perfect big catty hangout life member since march 2002 on the water in PA
