why is it that there are so many great lakes im my tri co. area in md. that are either privately owned or have public restrictions!!!!

What give them the right to hold the beauty of these places that were once public ?

Good pleces to fish if your shorebound are ever so scares now ,not that there arent places I can go ,but there are spots that are untapped and should be ejoyed instead they sit untouched, not even used ashame I think any time people take for granted what just beyond the front door you know!
