I've been reading the Ludington Fishing report & finding statements like this:

"Last Night fished the 00's &01's 34's-36's for the best water which was 2 miles further West than it was the past 2 days thanks to the East Wind."

What are the 00, 01, 34, & 36's a reference to ?
