    hey does anyone have recipes for the menominee (round) whitefish. i've been catching alot of um everyone i know says there really good but no one will tell me how they cook them. and i would like to try one before i leave for iraq next week cause in a couple days there gonna all get frozen for smoking

    smoken is the best way i know of. but there is a good recipe out there that i have tried....but been to long since i did it i can't remember.....dang

    yeah i baked one but i wasnt a big fan of it (my ma loves them so i catch them for her) i wanna smoke some tho

    now of a few guys that pickle them........i did't like it that way thou.

    if i can remeber to, i'll ask a couple of my friends that eat them all the time.
