Yeah this is driving me nuts. Its mid-January and the lakes aren’t completely frozen over yet. Just enough so that you can’t fish. I wanted to give ice fishing a shot. But I wouldn’t trust the ice. This is a pretty weird winter if I must say so myself. I’m going to try to just sleep for the next few months and get up when its time. |

Since we have all the Michiganders in here I thought I would ask. What is you favorite bait/ lure you use for spring bass in Michigan. I am getting very anxious for spring to get here. Have a good feeling about this season.

I use wolverine guts.....Hee he he hee.....try a red lipless crankbait and keep a soft plastic handy to toss at them when they miss the crank.
