never fished much up that way but if your ever in my neck of the woods give me a shout on here the spawn is really freakin close and shoulders gettig itchy from wanting the feel the hard pull of a good eye.

I love fishin Walnut Creek.  Are they bitin?  I am planning to hit it this weekend.  What's best to use out there right now?  This will be my first trip out there this year, and I know last year I had good luck with nightcrawler and catfish blood.
