We'll be taking a week's vacation this summer at Lake Tahoe and it's about 6 hours drive north of us. I've been in the area several times skiing, but never fishing. I plan on bringing our 18/5' bassboat up to Tahoe and try my luck at lake trout. Never fished for lake trout and any help would be appreciated. We also would like to try and fish some of the rivers. Any suggestions?
