    Hey all...... anyone been out fishing? Here we are in the dead of winter. Cold and now snow fall. Seems like winter has gripped us all winter, mainly cold! I have been out quite a bit fishing LO tribs since the season has closed here in the Finger lakes. Been doing well, epecially last 2 weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has been out and how you are doing?

    Went out ice fishing this morning got 2 holes drilled and the auger died. We got a few perch and last Saturday cought a mess of pickeral. Should of went to the locale crappie derby today but still only would have been able to drill 2 holes.

    been out quite a lot actually.  There are a couple of launches on seneca that are open and the LL salmon are biting like crazy.  In the local streams where it is open year round I've been doing well with the holdover stockie browns.  Got 2 pretty nice ones Sunday 2-21.

    kremer the finger lakes meet is held on Seneca lake at Lodi Point. You will have to stop by there a great bunch.

    Now I am going to have to go outdoors. Yes I think I will be out there a number of times during the next few days... I will be behind that snow blower! Gee I thought spring was around the corner.

    well im new to the site and i have been out ice fishing few times already had both good and bad luck. lake Champlain great luck lake George no luck. well good luck to everyone.

    I was on the ice Saturday off Long Point state park in Choumont Bay. It was a very good day, nice and warm, sunny, and the fish bit all day. My partner landed a 10.3 pike on his jig pole, I landed a 7 pounder and between the 2 of us harvested 21.3 pounds of perch over 8" long.
