Sorry to start a new post here but I need everybodies attention. Our options are as follows. This years mini meet Delaware Lake on August 17, 18, 19 or Mt Gilead on July 27, 28, 29. I need a fast vote so I can confirm the reservations. At this time I have reserved Delaware but can change locations. I have about 24 hrs. to decide. I reserve both parks from the same location. July suits my schedule best. Vote here and let me know.

I called about both places today and after a lengthy conversation got approval for Delaware group camping. Price is 35.00/nite either place. Delaware has showers and modern bathrooms, Mt Gilead don't. More water access to Mt Gilead from shore and limits to boats. Delaware good access but limited and unlimited motors with a tie off area.

I need to hear from you ASAP, because I will be in touch with them tomarrow.

Another big announcement Our big meet in the spring will be held at Delaware Lake. The tentative date is the week after memmorial day, This way it won't interfere with school. I want an idea if this will work for most people. We would like to increase the length of the meet from 4 days to a week. Your input for these matters are important so please let me know what your thoughts are.

Sponsors for the meets are important. We have two already for the many meet and will take pledges for the big meet in the spring.

The folks at Delaware was very excited about our meet comming there and was quick to offer it up for both meets. This could be a good thing for us and it will surely put our group on the map. We played the odds and won and we keep chugging along.
