First I would like to thank all that made it to the planning meeting. The meeting was very successful and we have made a lot of headway.

We decided to set up a couple links in order to keep track of the communications. Anyone that is planning on comming please monitor the different links in order to help us to keep things straight.

I need to know who is comming so we will know how many sites we need to get forr the weekend. I will need to know at least two weeks pryor to the meet. I am reserving 2 group sites in case we need them. If we don't need the second one then I need to have time to cancel it.

Please include the following information on this link. Name, how many people, how many kids and age group, how many and what days you will be there, if you have a boat and able to share it with non boat owners and if so how many can you take with you.

This information is needed to help us provide you with a good experience. If you don't sign up ahead of time we cannot guarantee a camping spot at our group site. Please keep in mind that the Playing hooky payed for the one group site for the entire weekend the other site will be paid for through our raffle and auction.
