where do you live ?  I know of a couple of good reservoirs you can catch crappie.  the route 547 reservoir going west out of Monroeville is about one of the hottest crappie reservoirs in north central Ohio that I know of and if you feel like traveling, you can go to the Clearfork Reservoir just outside of Lexington,Ohio that is a great place for nice crappie, perch, and is the #1 place in Ohio to land big muskies.
