There are just a ton of guides up and down the coast that can get you into the Steelhead. You can get a ful listing from the State Marine Board. I gave up my license after my heart attack last year, or I would just say me to your question. Most of the guides listed on www.ifish.net are reputable and in a lot of cases, fun. They all work extremely hard for their clients and will put you into fish when they are in the rivers. We'll start seeing the winter run in a few more weeks and continuing through March, so there will be lots of opportunities to get after them. With the brrodstock programs in place on most of the rivers, clipped fish are available throughout the run with the native fish showing up in late Dec/Jan. Most of my weekends are tied up fishing with the boys, but occasionaly they are busy doing other stuff and I'd have a day or two available to fish. Stay in touch.
