    Dear Friends

On December 3 I was taken to the hospital which I wouldn’t agree on going but gave in after my mother-in-law wouldn’t give up. I was told I have diabetes (which I was 99% sure I had for nearly over a year) and that I would have died if I wouldn’t have gone in. I now have to take insulin shots 4 times a day.

I have enjoyed talking to you guy here and meeting everyone at the meets. I don’t know what is in stored for me this year but I do know that I don’t have my blood sugar under control. My insulin must be refrigerated so I don’t know if I’ll be going to the fall meet this year.

Sorry so long on the update but I haven’t been doing so good. I have my blood sugar under control now. It’s been my feet that’s been giving me problems for the past few months. Right now they are wrapped up and I can’t get them wet. I can’t go fishing because of it and can’t get around too good. My feet are doing better and hopefully I’ll be able to go fishing soon. I’m going nuts not being able to do the things I want to. Talk to you guys later.

Thought I would drop in and give an update on my feet. They are getting better; not as much pain as before but it will be awhile before they are back to 100%. Hopefully in a week or so I can go fishing. I don’t know when I will get to post again because I have to cancel my internet today. I will have to stop by some family members and use theirs to post. I thank you all for your thoughts and prayers and hope I will be able to wet a line or shot the breeze with you again. Until I’m able to post my next update you all take care and keep reeling them in.

Thanks everyone! I'm still alive but no longer kicking. My feet are feeling better and I'm waiting to go fishing here sometime next month. I didn't go fishing or hunting last year so I've got a lot of catching fish to do. I've really missed hooking up with you guys here on the site and on the water; I'm hoping to hook up with some of you this year. Until next time I'm able to stop by; all have a good day by or on the water!
