Hi all, the doc said that the pertrution is mild to moderate, so he ordered neck stabalization pt which would include intermitten tractionouch. He also sid I have to avoid stress on it........which would mean no carring the tackle box...hum I am going to have to figure something out, even with the cart that pulls down on the shoulders which in-turn pulls on the neck.  Will keep you updated.
