Good Morning Howard and everyone else to stop by 30* and heavy frost up here. It's been awhile long story short dug 55 holes for trees this year , open lake trailer , mowed grass down here two time close to house once rest of the lawn worked on boat. Some place in there I messed my back up Monday and Tueday didn't do any thing kept heat on it , Wendsday I drove to Itacha to pick up rod holders for the boat and it was still sore. Yesterday I said enough went down to barn and started working on light jobs , broke out into a sweat water running off my nose but kept at it. The last thing I did was carry two cinder bolcks back in the barn ( one at a time ) it was sore but not making me wine on every move..........................feels  85 % better today .......!!!!!!!
