Fished a smalle East Texas Lake today in Texarkana for the first time. We caught 9 Bass, one of which was a 5 pounder on Rat-L-Traps, Baby Bass color.

Bass are very active this time of year in this area, and the water temperature was up to 51 degrees on this lake. Pretty close to prespawn time. 5 to 10 more degrees and spring will be here in February.

Anyone else having good luck in this abnormal warm water?
