We would like to get some idea of who is coming to the meet this year. Mainly in order to get an idea of who is coming and already has a campsite for the weekend, and who is coming and does not have a campsite. This way we can possibly make arrangements ahead of time as to who has a place to camp and is willing to allow someone who does not have a campsite to pitch a tent on the site they have already reserved. We had this idea in order to let those willing to attend know ahead of time that they have a place to camp even though they could not get a reservation due to the sites already being full on that weekend. If you are coming and read this post please reply as to whether you already have a reservation and will allow a member with no reservation camp on your site, and please respond if you are coming but do not have a site on which you can camp.
