We are at a point and time where it is time to think about another location for upcoming meets. Please take, if you like to give us suggestions, post it here, with possible website. Keep in mind though that we have members who may not be able, due to physical restrictions, to spend 4 days in a tent, so other accomodations, like cabins or hotels/motels, should easially be available.

Yes, we are extending the annual Texas meet to 4 days, starting with the 2009 meet. I will post location, dates, etc. as soon as we have it set and ready to go. Also, we still may stay at Inks Lake for one more year, depending on member votes at the meet.

Nonentheless, take a minute and post if you have suggestions. Anything will be taken into consideration, then a poll will be made available to determine which location is preferred by members. The goal is to wrap it all up within the next 3 months, which will be some time in May.

Jesse, the meets are always around spring break, to accomodate the ones who work. That way more members and their families will have a chance to join us. And it won't be too hot to camp out, like the first two meets we had in the middle of the summer.
