wlfmn: I've not re-attempted to join either forum previously mentioned. I can understand you keepin' up w/military-news-updates! Is the U.C.M.J. still called UCMJ? I'd get them when I was active on those forums. My fishin'-bud's on USAFTWS; forum, he was 1 a my forum-wingmen. Sounds like yall had a Purty Good Time there! We do a Pre-Depature-Check-List before we leave for the lake, & 1 day all was well, until we were @ the boat-ramp. The Marine-Batt. was actin' up, after messin' w/it for awhile, my fishin'-bud, which also owns the boat got it goin'. He did end up gettin' a new M-batt. for it*, as for my Diabetes, "Thanx" for your concern, yep, it's a "REAL-PITA", Darn Insulin-Pump I wear's acting up again, my BGL's since this morn have been fr 286-dl/mg. to 324-dl/mg. @ 11:30am-USCT. That's Fasting, I've not eaten a THING*, until next time* "May Your Water Be Calm, & Your Stringer Full", "Take Care", L8r. James,"VATO LOCO"<;({})><

tuffish: I went over to the South Texas Multi Species Fishing Club's forum. WTG on that Shark, & the trophies won for the fish-(Red). I also read 'bout a post you'd made Ref; RedDrumFish run, it happens from Sept. to Nov. yet in the past couple a years they still been doin' their thing as late as Dec./Jan. In Port Aransas, I'm land-locked, so I'd fish off the Bob Roberts' Pier,(across from the Texas Tressure Casino boats dock. The jetties, via Jetty-Taxi that runs out of the Marina by the Harbor-Master's Bldg. Last time I was down there you could see them Reds from the ferry, yet the law/sign posted you're not suppose to fish in a boat within 100ft of the ferry-landing. back to the reason me posting here. South Texas Multi Species Fishing Club; Addy http://south-texasnafcchapter.lefora.com/forum/ wish I could make a meeting, last time I attended was May'08. Then I resigned my Co-Chair position. I've talked with roddie: on the phone, he's asked if I want to come back? I've seen a few trucks/boats with NAFC;/NAFCLM; decals in the parking lot @ the main boat-ramp in the past. Never got to actually meet owners of said. They were out on the water somewhere? Until next time, "Take Care", L8r. James,"VATO LOCO"<;({})><

i just checked the surf cam and the surf is flat. i plan on going straight to pins when i get there. the last 2 years we have done real good down there and then take the boat to east flats on days when the surf is rough. the reds have been in the ferry landing for a while. while they were working on it a year or so back i made friends with the guy who stayed on the work tug boat and would go sit and fish with him. you can reach in there using 5oz weights from anchoring up a a legal distance, but you get hung up on almost every cast. hopefully i will have some pictures to put up in the next few days.
