just had a friend run by the lake this evening . with the rain in g-town , the san gabe is up and heading for the lake . with the rain up near jerrel , willis creek which was dry , is now at cresting level near the lake . he also said that the boat dock at willis creek park which was high and dry with no water in site , has water flowing under it . that park had vegetation growing out over the lake bottom , is now under water . so to all you cat fishermen out there , the doppler tower on the north side , and the willis creek park on the west side should have a good bite on . going off the report he just gave me , looks like we will be hitting WCreek in the morning . throwing some danny king under a bobber just above the grass should do the trick . will try for some pics for ya .

fishing is life , everything else is just details . and i prefer my tails with specks or spots .15 miles NE of austin
