I know many of you are from the more southern reaches of the state ........but has anyone everfished Lake Thompson?? I've read a few biologist reports and some general lake info and it seems like it would be a great place to hook up with some great smallmouth....especially with trout, shiners, fatheads, and differents species of sunfish as forage....it is a small impoundment ( 9.8 acres and the deepest point is small area that is about 32ft)with some access for canoes and small boats........if anyone has any info that would be great....if not....who wants to go find out.......i just got a new canoe and Thompson seems perfect for it.....talk to you later
