Have you ever noticed that the fishing in the Pacific NW seems to be different then other parts of the country? at least as most of the fishing shows and articles portray it? Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but for instance catfishing on the snake. I've tried stink baits, chicken livers, cut baits, etc... all the things that work so well else where. End up catchin most cats on nightcrawlers!

Seems like the PNW never gets much coverage other than for salmon/steelhead fishing on the tv shows or in articles either. I'd love to turn on the outdoor channel and see em' catchin smallies on the snake or the columbia!
