so i just finished reading an article about the new columbia river salmon and steelhead endorsment ($ 8.75 ) this doesnt go into effect tell april 1, 2010. this was the first i heard of this so i wanted to put it out there for all my fishing fanatics. also springer season is just around the corner for all that like to catch fish and have fun doing it theres no better place than the columbia river in april watch out though youll probably limit out !!!!!! one other thing im hearing as of late if using herring one might want to stock up and get it early as there may be a shortage mostly the green label. well good luck with the upcoming season fisherman.
