Sure does!   I'm going down to a friends cabin in flatwoods this weekend and I'm packing like it's october.  We have to gather some firewood so we won't freeze the couple of nights we are there. 

If the fish arn't biting when I'm fishing on lakes, I like to take a swim.  With it being this cold this late in the year, it will be aug before I can get in with out freezing!
