If anyone here has fished the west fork, could you give me some advice on different lures to use?

if ur at a more shallow section of the river with a little more swifter water try throwing a plastic bbait or a small floating/diving. ive never tried using lures inthe deeper parts of the river....i just like to catch the carp.
