I just read the article on Summer tournament trouble, page 27, March issue. The concerns of dead fish, after the tournament, they want to change the rule to measure and relese the fish during July/August tournament. My question is, if you have a lic. to fish ( tournament or recreational) it your fish to eat or release, the DNR can't do a thing about it. It's sad that so many fish died, but the eagle need food to.
