I have recently joined AARP and should I be able to get my medical insurance through them, I can drop my COBRA medical and that will eliminate the major roadblock to starting up my business again = anywhere.

I am thinking about a WI location because it seems a large number of folks I know, or chat with, or PM at times, live in the MN, WI, and Mich. areas.

Nothing is firm yet, but I am considering a move North from KC, Mo. as I am having no luck here finding employment.
