I am checking in for WI. I am from Clear Lake and new to the site since they changed it. Does anyone get notices in the mail after you send in a book/dvd saying that they did not receive it? Every time I have sent a product back they send me a notice 3 or 4 weeks later saying that they did not receive it. It is frustrating and I was wondering if it is just me. Great site and club otherwise! |

It did with me one time with a calendar. I just called up Member Services and told them I had gotten billed for the calendar that I never received. The person didn't wuite seem to know what to make of it...but I've never gotten billed like that again. Welcome to the BB  Life Member David BB Linkmeister
