Does anybody know if the water levels on the Chippewa Flowage go down 2 ft or more below normal levels throughout the year?

Your answer to that is, Xcel Energy (who control the power dam) anticipates a three foot summer draw down. The summer period runs from June 2 to Sept 30. The reqiured  minimum discharge (250 cfs) from the dam will be maintained at all times with incerases in outflow at times during the summer season for downstream river flow augmentation.
