Hi, I received an email regarding a trial issue of North American Fisherman, but when I filled out the app. form, it kicked it back because of the address? I've went back to the form twice but it just keeps coming up with an error?

So, I  have accessed this forum by signing up as a visitor as I did not see any other way of contacting you folks.
