Hi Scott. I don't live in pa but fishing for marble eyes should be about the same as it is here in wisconsin. Any kind of drop offs or ledges off points offer good spots where eyes like to ambush especially when the wind pushes bait fish up on it, so don't be shy about putting that V hull in the wind. Your sure to have a smoother time than a tri would. As for what to use I always fair pretty well with fat heads and a jig. ( 3/8 to 1/4 oz) buck or caribo hair if you use em, and believe it or not my best results come from using a rooster tail spinner bait that I flatten the spinner out using a needle nose pliers. Start at one end and flatten it out as you go down. This allows for a much slower retrieve and really makes it hard for them to not follow. They will usually hit it just as you stop and rest the lure if you use a steady stop and go retrieve. Hey they're talking about fishing the weeds alot now too for walley. Remember too as my father told me years ago, look for rocky drops and the walley eyes will pop.  best of luck in Pa.
    I fish, Therefore I am......

your in luck on the  zoo part right in my back yard. the main problem with the zoo is the license you need to fish the entire lake reservation  new york and pa. jigging is the main game  crawlers and leaches chartreuse is a great color to start with.  if you stop in at grizzly Gary out doors he will be more than glad to help u out or you could find even more help here
http://www.grizzlygary.com/forum.php/index.php     willow bay  is a great place to start . the reservation end seems to produce more walleyes than the pa side. I'm not really a lake guy but if you are looking for some one to help u dissect it I'm more than willing to go out with you.
