    cover adjacent to deep water, sloping points 10 to18 ft. preferably with stumps. some fish will be suspended, watch your electronics!

    or you can go for any cover deep or shallow and work a small spinner bait threw the shallows or deep waters i have had my best luck on both.

    Roadbed transitions near weed beds. Post cold front conditions, scrubbing a jig with 3" gulp minnow. Cloudy or chop using slip bobbers.

    Update, 7 to 8 foot deep weed edges using a road runner 1/16 oz. with black tube red fringe or black/pink yum beaver tail. 3 inch swim baits were getting slammed too. Caught fish up til 1 in the afternoon. Blue bird skies barely any wind. Avg. size 11 inches.
