Best way to fish walleyes during mayfly hatch?

    Anyone have any tips for fishing for walleyes during a mayfly hatch? What kind of bait? How far off bottom? etc.

    some times the walleyes will be gorging on mayflys 
    try mayflys, if you don't fly fish you could try emerges or nymphs with a small amount of split shot . or get a casting bubble .
