"i got the black max and this is my first bait caster i ever had and i love it i have only had a couple of baclashes but i am still learning it is grest for long casting and it is glass smooth. i could not ask for anything better and i would recomend this to someone if they are wanting to get thier first bait caster!"

"I owned a black max for a few months befor buying another. I love the first so much I needed a second for fishing jigs. To my suprise the new black max comes with a flipping switch. The switch makes pithing much easier, and I have not backlashed once. For the price of the rod, reel, and brand name you can not go wrong. It's no Revo but for the money it's worth every penny and then some. I will def buy more."
