i want to know what yall think about the instant fisherman, i was watching the outdoor channel and they were talking about it, it didnt seem very good but i cant really tell. |

its a fishing pole that u unfolded that clips to ur side so u dont have to carry it it look pretty cool but i want to stick with regular ones |

It might be ok for drowning worms on your lunch break but I wouldn't trust it for actually catching a fish,for the $40(buy one get one free) you would spend on it Ya might as well buy yourself an 4'8"Ultralight Ugly Stik combo for $30,and tuck it away in your car with a small tackle bag. |

Gimmics like that are made to catch fishermen not fish. Don't waste your money.

I think it sucks. Get some decent tackle and you will be much happier. Don't pay attention to those gimmicks on tv. |

The program you were watching was an "Informercial", basically the whole program is a commercial to sell that one item....must be a good profit margin to be able to buy a whole 1/2 hour. |

It's a P.O.S. item. I've seen 3 or 4 similar items over the years. It is for the uninformed and impulse buyer. Don't be fooled by it. |

Those infomercials on "new" thing are all misleading. Kind of like the Rocket Fishing Rod (if you know what I mean).
