It is me again.  Seems like there is a big back lash in the product testing area.  Would it not be simpler to have this form available somewhere on website or forums area--where we could download and print out for ourselves?  or even have it mailed in the package when you send the product or products out.  If you throw the mailing address or email address in there of the sponsor that provided the product I think you will see more products come available.  You might make a kit available to members to help the club secure products.  That's enough from me.  It's amazing what you will come up with while you are missing a good night sleep.  Mr. Bill when that kid gets home maybe you can read the magazine to him and rock him to sleep.
    Uncle Tom
I built my own lure company as a young man--thus the name UncleTomsJigs. It grew so well I decided to give it up and go fishing with family, friends and especially grand children. I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country.

The NAFC's Field Test program is a complex operation. For most tests, say 80%, members complete the post-test survey online--through a link that is provided when they receive the initial email letter notifying them that they've been selected. It's a simple and easy process, both for the Member and Field Test coordinator.

In other cases, paper survey reports are mailed out--most often because the Member does not have (or hasn't provided us) an email address.

If a question regarding a Field Test comes up, Club Members should send an email to memberbenefits@fishingclub.com, and remember to include Name, Member Number, and the proper brand name of the item being tested.

I'm not sure what you are asking. You can view how Field Testers rated the equipment they tested by clicking Member Tested under the Gear tab up top. Plus you can post a comments and opinions about each review.

There seems to be an awful lot of confusion about product testing and gifts! That is the only explanation for the number of posts asking where to get an evaluation form. The only field test I have ever done was preceded by an email alert, and I doubt the club would include a field test item with other merchandise! Care to add to this, Kurt? Tom

I need to send in a field test report form.  However I seemed to have misplaced it.  I would like to send it in electronically.  Where is this link that I did not receive to fill this out?

The link to the field tesr report form is part of the email telling you that a product is on the way for you to test. Try emailing member services, they sent me an email with the form when I inadvertently deleted the one I got. Tom

I never got the email but I did have it printed on the original letter sent with the product.  Just found the letter and replied on line to the test.
