Hello, To Whom This May Concern:
I joined the north American Fishing Club,and paid $36.00 for 3 years, I was thinking about getting a Life Membership.Well the form that I would send in say's the paid dues are $ 24.00 why is that when I paid $36.00 for 3 years and got a conformation from you that I did pay $36.00,what's going ON?I still have NOT received the fillet set of knives and lure you said I would get for my 3 year subscription.I have been a Member since 5/28/10

I cant believe with the amount of money sent to this club that they cannot get a simple name even correct. I called prior to paying off my Full Membership fees and requested that the name of my late father be put on it in his memory. They told me this would be fine and that I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. They followed all the steps except for the one I specifically requested, and was told that would be fine. The wrong name is on my personalized rod. Now they are telling me that it would be another week to send me a return label to ship back the incorrect rod. Then change the name on my account to my deceased father's name and then they can put the name on the rod. STUPID, STUPID, and even more STUPID. They must have a bunch of reject idiots working the customer service for this club. We pay a few hundred dollars to become a Life Member and then they cant even follow a simple instruction, oh and if you don't like the service then you are SOL because they do not provide a refund after 30 days. ****Warning to all other members that the club has a 30 day no refund. But yet it takes 45 days to receive your product.**** If I could I would leave this club and make sure that all of my fellow military veterans found out about the horrible service provided by this company. While speaking with the customer service personnel they tried to BS me with the fact that it takes them 4 weeks to just personalize a rod. I work for a company that ships parts on a daily basis and when we have a customer that was not taken care of properly we bend over backwards to take care of them. They are only the "PAYING CUSTOMER" for god's sake why should they be taken care of?

In other words do not become a Life Member. It is not worth the hassle of them taking your money, making guarantees and when they find they made a mistake they act like it is your fault for requesting service. So in other words......DO NOT BECOME A LIFE MEMBER!!!!!!! IT IS A JOKE!!! Go join a good program, where they actually take care of their customers and don't just fill them full of BULL****!!!! |

YOU ARE 100% RIGHT... AND WHAT A SHAME THIS WAS A GOOD CLUB UNTILL ALL THE LYING GOING ON.CAN'T GET A STRIGHT ANSWER ANYMORE. NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE OTHER PERSO IS DOING.     |

Hi Everyone! Well I resolved my problem about the rebate, I joined up as a Life Member when I did that and I contacted them with there receipt That showed I paid $36.00 for 3-years the club saw there mistake and deducted the $36.00 from my Life member dues.Got the fillet knives too,2 sets of them!! contacted the club to say that they sent me two many,the club said to me JUST KEEP THEM!!.That was pretty nice!! So I guess if you keep after them they WILL investigate and see what's going on.I was told that the rod & reel are on back order because of all the people that are becoming life members.I'm satisfied.Very good club!! They are Just Trying to get the dings out of a new system. |

hey troutman. Glad you got everything straightened out. Glad you hung in there and got a life membership. I think you will find it worth your money. expecially if you utilize all the resources available to you like the forum and you can enjoy the mag coming year after year without worry. Brian |

Hi Brian, Yup no matter what they say about the club,I'm very HAPPY with them,Just everyone makes mistakes once in a while just have to point them out. Thank You Troutman 3 May your line always be FULL of Fish!!
