I have not had any news from the "IT People" or from Kurt for some time now., so I guess it is still a "work in progress".

Well!  I has been some time since I posted this request for return of the Chat Room.  So far I have not seen any worth while response from the Club on ths matter.  I guess once again, this has become a "DEAD HORSE" as far as those who "manage" thjis site!!!!!

hay can eny one help me i sent a payment out from california like a week ago and its still saying that i need to pay it

give it some more time............1 hand has no idea what the other hand has done-- or in your case what it has recieved
but just in case, you have your proof of payment and if you like in a few days-- like monday or tuesday-- give the mag. a call or shot them an e-mail and chat it over with them..........but for now i would wait, these people are a bit on the slow side when it comes to showing that someone has payed.

Have you checked your account at the top of the forum under MY ACCOUNT and see if they still have you as owing anything?

They did the samething to me when I upgraded to Trophy member I got a bill in the mail after I paid in full checked my account and it had me as paid.

Ya know what would be awesome,,,is if somebody on this site could help me get my darn pole from these guys , for paying off my LIFE membership with them--- almost a year ago, And don't tell me about how I should contact the club about it--- BEEN THERE and DONE THAT--- Does no good they still can't seem to get the job done right ----HELP---- I'm afraid to pay off the other clubs I'm a Life Member of until these guys get it right!

I know some folks have contacted Kurt Beckstrom  to resolve some issues they've had .  try sending him a pm  perhaps he can straighten things out for you .

If you read down on the posts you will see whre I have dropped Kurt a couple of PM's and his response to one where he stated that he turned it over to the "IT" personnel, and that was the last I've heard from anyone at the club on this.  Have not had an up-date on this since!

PLEASE......WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE JUST 1 CHAT ROOM FOR US ALL

They(higer up's) don't care if we have a chat room or not. I joined another site so I can chat with other members and most are from here. It's sad no one listens to the mambers that made this club what it is today.

We did post a link to a chat room a few months ago, and I see some members have still been using it. It wasn't the same chat room from the previous version of the sites, but that chat room software is no longer available to us. We have looked at several packages, none seem to be quite as good as what we once had, but they seem solid. We have been working on a number of new social features that we hope to launch soon, and will be making an official announcement very shortly where we ask for members who would be willing to be "Beta Testers" of these new features, which does in fact include a chat room.

In the mean time, because this seems to be a top priority from the members, I have added the links to the original chat room we posted several months back, as well as the newer one we plan to launch officially later. Please leave comments in this thread as to what you guys think of each chat room, and later, perhaps next week, we will create a poll to allow members to vote on the chat room of their choice as the "Official NAFC Chat room".

chat room 1 mebo chat room has a whose in chat room  list   you can change the guest  number to a name but  it said nick name not excepted but it did take it the way i typed it any way  .  perhaps a bit harder for some to use as it lets you modify it .

chat room 2  is straight forward and  simple and easy to use  but dose not say who is in the chat room if you could add a list that would be a simple straight forward room .

some things I would like in a chat room , a list of whose on.
A way to change text colour and size , perhaps a icon for the user but not that important.
A way to turn sound on and off  like when some one enters the room .
More important though  would be a tabbed link on the web sight under forums so members would know  one exists .
