its not really a chat room its more of a shout box .

My bigest problem with the chat room is there is no way to tell if anyone is on it. Would it be that diffacult to add a list of members logged in. Why don't the club put a little of the money we pay for dues and upgrade this chat room and less on Steve P's fishing trips. We thank you for giving us a place to chat, but a not knowingwho is on it is a little flustrating.

Thursday and Friday nights both had 8 or 9 people in at one time. let's keep using it. if you sign in and nobody's there, just say hi or something, so there's visible proof that we ARE using it.

Yes, you are right, it has been pretty active in the chat room these past few days,
maybe even weeks! Sure is great talking with everybody in real time! Hope to catch
y'all in there again tonight.

As pillman says, if no one is talking when you get into chat, just send out a hello or
something. Someone will usually answer in a few minutes. Oh yeah, don't leave as
soon as you say hello if you are not answered right away. Give it a bit of time.

Some of us 'regulars' on there minimize the window and do other things online, and
just listen for the tell-tale beep letting us know someone has posted. Hope to see you all in the chat room soon,

Im in and out of there all the time. Usually, it's just myself, Salty Dan, pillman, Zilch and sometimes a few others in there. Still pretty dead in there, but it's growing!
