Howdy from Maryland. I caught plenty of Bass from shore on minnows as well as artificals. Don't let the lack of a boat stop you from enjoying the hunt for Bass

Hey welcome to the club from your neibors next door,Utah. I know that years ago my father used to fish the Ruby marshes just outside of elko. He said he actually got tired of catching bass after bass. I think there has been some problems with them drying up but not sure. also I don't know how accesable they are without a boat but it would not hurt to check around. if you don't mind traveling a bit come on over to utah. Try Jordanelle, Deer creek, or Pelican lake to name a few.
