One of the most under utilized tools in an anglers arsenal especially in the warmer months of the year is SPEED. I prefer the extreme on either end of the spectrum. Agonizingly slow  or my personal favorite "BAT OUT OF HELL" fast! Take advantage of extreme speed this summer on a body of water near you. Remember at times you cant reel a bait fast enough.

I thought this may be mentioned soon because if you have watched the last few videos we did, you will see that this has been the trick in catching not only numbers of bass, but also trophy class bass right in the middle of the day, in 90 and 100 degree heat, in the bright sun.


Not only have I been working the RAGE TAIL Frogs this way to produce, but this is the way we worked the Chatterbaits yesterday as well to produce over 27 bass in just 5 hours, one of which was almost 7 pounds.

Like Kurt said, "YOU CAN NOT REEL THE BAITS FAST ENOUGH!".
