Where do you go about finding a product test evaluation sheet?  Uncle Tom
I built my own lure company as a young man--thus the name UncleTomsJigs. It grew so well I decided to give it up and go fishing with family, friends and especially grand children. I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country.

The first question should be 'is the knife a product test or a membership premium?' A true field test is preceded by an email notification that has the link to the evaluation form. What you probably recieved is a "free gift" from the club. Tom

generally what Tom said is true. However The last field test I got was not preceded by an email. I knew it was a field test because a letter came with it. I ended up emailing the club and received a test form. possibly the original email went to my junk mail and was deleted. You may want to check that out. It would be a good idea to just make sure if the item you got was a premium or an actual field test. It would not be good to not fill out a test form and have your privelages taken away.

    Rod:

I just sent you a private message regarding the fillet knife. Check it out and get back to me when you can.

    Thanks
