OK so I have a Minn Kota trolling motor that has only been in the water about 5 times since I bought it last year but I noticed the top speed reverse does not work correctly.  It either drops to the slowest speed or it will drop to the slow speed and jump high for a few sends then drop back down.  It has a 3 year warrenty but I can't find how or where to get it repaired under warrenty.  I emailed Minn Kota about a month ago and still no reply - any one know how to go about getting this repaired under warrenty?

Look on their web site for the nearest service center in yoiur area. You can get it taken care of there.

Don't email them they don't respond to any emails. I have sent them several of them, they just don't answer. I had my Minn Kota 70 # Bow mount, never was in water but it had a broken head from the manufacture warehouse. I called the place where I purchase it and they sent me another one in it's place. Then I sent the broken one back free of charge by UPS. So my input would call the place where you bought it and ask for refund or exchange!
Hope everything works out for you.

They have responded to my emails in the past.  It may take a few days to receive an reply, especially during the fishing season.
