Sorry about different piers I keep asking about I'm just trying to find out which pier is better, but anyway I'm just trying to find out which fish bite in the fall, winter, and spring and which baits to use at Panama beach, and if you can also list the bait shops that sell the bait too.  Thanks alot

KELLY GIRL.  If you ever want to go offshore in Panama City I highly recommend the Kelly brothers whose boats dock almost in the door of Capt. Anderson's Restaurant--its worth the drive just to eat at Capt. Anderson's.  These men have several off shore charter boats and in my opinion they are not only the best but the very best!  Boats have AC cabins and these guys know Panama City Off Shore like the back of their hand.  My brother and I use to take a group down at least once a year and we always got our limits of whatever you want to catch.  We usually take about 6 including our selves.  You can charter one of the boats for either half day or whole day.  Its best to book far in advance.  You can clean and package your fish or use the fish store right on the premises where they will clean and package your fish and swap out what you do not want.  I haven't been in 3 or 4 years because I do not drive much.  There was a 20 year period where we went at least once a year.  I think they have 3 boats now--three brothers who followed in their dad's footsteps.  They are the BEST!    We usually bottom fish and then wear ourselves out catching huge Amberjack   You decide what you want and they will put you on them.  Check Florida regulations because along with Georgia have closed some areas to bottom fish.  Uncle Tom
I built my own lure company as a young man--thus the name UncleTomsJigs. It grew so well I decided to give it up and go fishing with family, friends and especially grand children. I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country.
