2 lbs of fish ( any fish you want )
1 cup of butter
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 onion chopped fine
sautee all in a wok until fish is done (flakey)
then take the corn tortillas and warm them in the wok
then spoon in the fish mixture and top with either cabbege fine shredded or lettuce shredded and then top with your favorite salsa.
